Returns & Refunds
At JE LUXE London, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
- Gift cards.
- Personalised or custom-made items.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.
Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Instructions
To request a return, please contact us at hello@jeluxelondon.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
