Returns & Refunds
At JE LUXE London, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Earrings (for hygiene reasons unless faulty)
Gift cards
Personalised or custom-made items
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.
Return Instructions
Return Authorisation
To request a return, please contact us at hello@jeluxelondon.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Sale items
Sale items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided once your return request has been approved.
Returns must be authorised by JE LUXE London before being sent. Any items returned without prior approval may be refused.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
